When we move into our heart space, and fill our time with joy by following our hearts desire, we allow a magical source of energy to enter our field. In this state, our minds are relaxed and our dominant energy is now operating from love, and therefore we become a magnet for new possibilities to occur. By letting go of stress and by moving into the present moment we begin to understand that we have the power to change our circumstances by changing our mindsets, and the best way to do this is by returning back to what lights our hearts with joy.
