Its funny because I think most of us used to scribble and draw on most things we could find as a child. This act of creativity was such a simple one, yet can be considered as so complex now. It has been said that scribbling can bring forth a form of meditation and insight into higher perspectives and can help us tap into another form of understanding. This creative act, can quieten the mind and allow our thoughts to soften and it is here we begin to hear the whispers of our soul guiding us.
